Bring the right to inspect before you bring the application.

KodeCapture is intended for software and environments that the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to inspect, capture, preserve, analyze, migrate, recover, or test.

  • Do not capture another party’s software without authorization.
  • Do not bypass access controls, licensing controls, DRM, or security boundaries.
  • Do not collect credentials, secrets, restricted content, or private user data outside an approved scope.
  • Do not use captured evidence to impersonate or unlawfully copy another product.

Required terms

Keep the evidence and replay boundaries contractual.

  • company and user identities;
  • ownership, authority, and approved capture targets;
  • confidentiality and handling of submitted or captured materials;
  • ownership of customer software and Kalu Kode platform IP;
  • capture scope, retained flows, replay expectations, and refusal rights;
  • no guarantee of backend capture, universal perfect replay, or source recovery;
  • experimental early-access status, warranties, security, and limitation of liability;
  • suspension, governing law, dispute process, and contact details.
